Q- What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?

A- An item is marked as ‘Out of stock’ when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won’t be able to buy it now. Use ‘Notify Me’ option to know once it’s available with sellers for purchase.

 

Q- Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Umekart?

A-Yes, it’s necessary to log into your Umekart account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. Without an account you can add the product to your shopping cart but you have to login/signup for placing an order.

You’ll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

 

Q- Is there any extra discount for E-Payment?

A- Yes, You will get an Extra Discount.

 

Q- What is COD Charge?

A- COD is the Charge which is Only Applies on the COD Orders as cash handling Charge. It is Rs-25/- Only for Each Order. One can save this by making the online mode of payment.

 

Q- Is There Any Hidden Charges?

A- No, There Is no any Hidden Charges.

 

Q- How do I know my order has been confirmed?

A- An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your Umekart account.
