Return Eligibility

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Leakage or broken packaging during delivery
Missing item in the package

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with proper unboxing video and product images as proof.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used attars/perfumes
Products damaged after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Change of mind or fragrance preference issues

As fragrances are subjective and personal in nature, we do not offer returns based on scent preference.

Replacement Policy

If the delivered product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will provide:

Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
Refund to the original payment method/store credit

Only one replacement request will be accepted per order.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Important Guidelines

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
Attar Dukan reserves the right to reject fraudulent or abusive return requests.
Customers repeatedly placing orders and returning products without valid reasons may be restricted from future purchases.
