COD Charge Waiver + Additional Prepaid Discount

Offer Benefit

Customers choosing an eligible online/prepaid payment method at checkout may receive a COD charge waiver along with an additional discount starting from 2% on eligible orders.

This offer is applicable only to orders successfully paid through an eligible online/prepaid payment method available on Umekart.
Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for the additional prepaid discount.
When an eligible customer selects online payment, the applicable COD charge will be waived for that order.
The standard prepaid benefit starts from 2% additional discount on the eligible order value.
During festivals, promotional campaigns, special events or limited-period offers, Umekart may increase the prepaid discount above 2%.
The maximum additional discount is ₹1,000 per eligible order, unless a different maximum limit is specifically displayed for a particular campaign.
The actual applicable discount will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
The discount may apply only to eligible merchandise value and may exclude shipping charges, convenience charges, taxes, gift cards or other excluded amounts, wherever applicable.
This promotional benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer or account.
In case of full or partial cancellation, return or refund, the promotional discount may be proportionately adjusted while calculating the final refund.
If the online payment fails or remains incomplete, the offer benefit will not apply until payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed.
Umekart may modify the discount percentage, maximum discount amount, eligibility conditions or duration of the offer.
In case of misuse, fraudulent transactions, duplicate accounts or technical errors, Umekart may cancel or reverse the promotional benefit.
The discount and offer conditions displayed at checkout at the time of placing the order will apply to that transaction.

Customers completing an eligible purchase through online/prepaid payment may receive a Scratch & Win opportunity after successful payment and eligible order confirmation.

The Scratch & Win offer is available only on eligible orders successfully completed through an approved online/prepaid payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders will normally not qualify for Scratch & Win unless specifically stated in a promotional campaign.
The Scratch & Win opportunity will be generated only after successful payment and eligible order confirmation.
The reward may include a discount, coupon, promotional credit, special offer or another promotional benefit depending on the active campaign.
The maximum Scratch & Win reward may be up to ₹1,000, unless a different maximum reward amount is displayed.
Certain campaigns may have a lower maximum reward limit, such as ₹500. In such cases, the limit shown for that campaign will apply.
The exact reward is determined by the applicable Scratch & Win campaign and will be displayed after a valid scratch attempt.
Scratch rewards are promotional benefits and cannot ordinarily be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash unless specifically stated otherwise.
If the reward is issued as a coupon, it may have separate conditions including:
- Minimum order value
- Expiry date
- Eligible products or categories
- Maximum discount
- Redemption conditions
Unless otherwise stated, a customer will receive a maximum of one Scratch & Win opportunity per eligible order.
A Scratch & Win reward cannot be transferred, sold or moved to another customer account.
If the qualifying order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the related Scratch & Win reward may be cancelled or reversed.
If a promotional reward has already been redeemed before the qualifying transaction is cancelled or refunded, its value may be adjusted against the applicable refund.
Duplicate accounts, manipulated orders, repeated cancellation patterns, fraudulent activity or misuse of the reward system may result in cancellation of the reward.
If a reward is incorrectly generated due to a technical or system error, Umekart may verify and correct the affected reward.
Umekart may change the reward range, maximum reward value, eligibility criteria, campaign duration or discontinue the Scratch & Win offer.
